Job Summary
Support studies in cancer immunotherapy focusing on disruption of self-tolerance in vivo using mouse cancer models. Responsibilities include breeding and genotyping experimental mice, tumor cell culture and inoculation, administering immunotherapy, measuring tumor growth, organizing and processing tissue/organs, and performing immune analyses by spectral flow cytometry or transcriptomic methods. Performs routine laboratory duties and data collection under direct supervision, contributing to research projects in an immunology/bioengineering context within the Damo Lab, Rheumatology, at the University of Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).
- Work Experience: Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
