Job Summary
Research-oriented role supporting the PI and project teams on narrative-based mental health promotion and related mHealth/health psychology studies. Responsibilities include participant recruitment, project management, survey design, conducting lab and online experiments, data maintenance and analysis, writing reports and summaries, literature reviews, developing research protocols and grant proposals, coordinating with collaborating organisations (tech companies, clinics, NGOs), budget tracking, and assisting with planning, implementation, and dissemination of research studies. Requires strong analytical and writing skills, proficiency in SPSS/R, and excellent English/Cantonese/Putonghua communication; AI/mobile health/Unity experience a plus; master’s degree or higher in a social science field; PhD preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in communication, psychology, public health, or other social science-related disciplines; PhD highly preferred
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistical software such as SPSS or R
- Experience in psychology experiments or clinical trials preferred
- Experience and skills in AI technologies, mobile health applications, designing interactive stories, or Unity a plus
- Appointment offers 9-month or 12-month fixed-term contract
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
