Job Summary
Supports credential management and data-related duties for clinical research at Intermountain Health. Assists onboarding of research staff by preparing and filing research-ready documents, performs data entry and documentation into study-related programs, maintains research records according to policies, and collaborates with coworkers, medical staff, and patients. The role involves data collection and maintenance in internal and external databases, and requires strong teamwork, organization, prioritization, adaptability, ongoing learning, critical thinking, self-motivation, written and verbal communication, and time management. On-site presence is required with flexible hybrid scheduling; core hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Prefer experience in healthcare or research settings and familiarity with credentialing processes. Proficiency with basic computer programs (Word, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail) is expected. Location-based responsibilities include work at Intermountain Health facilities in Utah with hybrid in-office and remote work as applicable.
