Job Summary
Research Assistant in Quantum Computing responsible for performing quantum compilation optimization toward successful execution on quantum hardware; support research on quantum algorithms by performing auxiliary data processing tasks; analyze prospects of new research directions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or related field and at least 1 year of relevant research experience in quantum computing, strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently under strict timelines; cover letter encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or related field
- At least 1 years of relevant experiences in research on quantum computing, e.g. final year project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in material covered by Nielsen and Chuang’s textbook
- Ability to work independently, develop solutions under strict timelines, meticulous and eye for details, excellent organizational and time management skills.
