Job Summary
Execute daily laboratory experiments in coordination with senior personnel, maintaining accurate records and applying standard protocols to improve current methods. Troubleshoot erroneous results or equipment problems, reproduce techniques for accuracy, and maintain cell cultures and laboratory inventory. Analyze data using statistical and graphical methods while assisting in training students and junior staff on laboratory techniques and equipment operation. Serve as a departmental resource by sharing knowledge, staying abreast of system changes, and managing strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Respond promptly to requests and ensure compliance with safety monitoring checks for radiation and biosafety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
