Job Summary
Conduct data collection activities including survey administration, interviews, and federal assessments for grant-funded program evaluations. Enter project data into customized trackers, present outcomes to the team and external stakeholders, and write summary reports and publications. Coordinate client interviews, organize stakeholder meetings, and perform general office duties under the direction of the Evaluation Manager. This temporary position requires a bachelor's degree in social sciences, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to coordinate interviews. The role is hybrid (3 days in Santa Monica, 2 days remote) with a grant end date of 9/29/27.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably have a minimum of a bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in social sciences or another relevant field.
- Have an interest in the collection of project data, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Have a willingness to coordinate client interviews and develop skills in interview methods.
- Have the capacity for organizing a large volume of data with attention to detail.
- Have the ability to present project outcomes in a professional and meaningful manner.
- Have the ability to write proficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, etc.)
- Must be able to talk and hear.
- Must be able to sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must have close vision.

- Must be able to complete a health screening report or a health questionnaire.
- Must be able to complete a TB test under licensed medical supervision.
- Must be able to obtain a chest x-ray result and a physician's statement regarding tuberculosis if required.
- Must be able to obtain a physician's statement that the incumbent does not have communicable tuberculosis and has been under regular care and monitoring for tuberculosis.
- Must be able to renew TB test annually.
- Must be able to obtain a chest x-ray within the prior 6 months if acceptable.
- Must be able to obtain a physician's statement renewal annually.
