Research Assistant - Experimental Physiology & Neuroscience Lab _ Physiology & Biophysics

The Research Assistant provides essential support for laboratory research activities in the Experimental Physiology & Neuroscience Lab. Responsibilities include performing routine lab tasks, preparing solutions, reagents, and media, assisting with basic experimental procedures under supervision, maintaining and cleaning laboratory equipment, collecting and processing biological samples, accurately recording data in notebooks and digital systems, assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies, and potentially assisting in animal husbandry and data collection. The role emphasizes hands-on biomedical research experience in a physiology and biophysics context and requires strong organization, attention to safety, and the ability to work under supervision in a laboratory setting.
