Research Assistant (Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics Engineering)

Job Summary
Conduct research and development on vector search, including storage, indexing, and system building. Design and implement experimental frameworks, benchmarking pipelines, and prototype systems for evaluating vector search performance across hardware and software platforms. Collaborate with project team members to prepare technical reports, documentation, datasets, and research artifacts. Support the preparation of research publications, codes, and grant-related deliverables. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the problem-solving, design, and implementation of new research ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent teamwork and verbal, written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge relevant to the project domain (including algorithms, systems, data structures, machine learning)
- Demonstrated capability to conduct innovative research
- Ability to design and implement new experimental methods
- Ability to initiate collaboration research in multidisciplinary team
- Oversee and report project progress
