Job Summary
Maintain the Clinical Database System (CDS), collect baseline, discharge, and follow-up data on clients, and score assessment instruments. Enter evaluation tool results, monitor data collection processes, and coordinate compilation and management of quantitative and qualitative data. Build rapport with clients to assist with tracking, administer Client Perception Surveys, and conduct chart audits and focus groups. Maintain client files, conduct basic statistical analyses, and produce reports for leadership. Provide feedback on goal attainment and assist with performance improvement activities. Requires a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to obtain and maintain WestCares vehicle insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience in a comparable role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office
- Familiarity with and knowledge of data collection tools
- Ability to create databases in Excel, SPSS, etc.
- Basic understanding of statistical data and the construction of variables
- Familiarity with basic graphic programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret basic statistics
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to organize, handle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to communicate accurately and responsibly with internal and external teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a manner that is pleasant and professional
- Ability to work well, both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Regular and prompt attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certification(s) and/or licensure
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or other field related to the position
