Job Summary
Lead product development initiatives within the Lisa’s Dips team from concept to production, coordinating with Manufacturing and Supply Chain; conduct trials and benchwork, develop specifications and documentation, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, identify opportunities for cost optimization and quality improvements, and provide cross-functional technical support to drive innovative, high-quality food products.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology or related science
- 2+ years’ experience in a relevant industry
- Knowledge of food safety, microbiology, HACCP, and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Right to work in New Zealand
