Job Summary
Research and Development Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and improving products and processes through research, experimentation, and analysis. Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing to drive product innovation and performance. Conduct laboratory experiments and pilot production trials; prepare technical feasibility studies; monitor trends in the food & beverage industry; select suitable raw materials based on quality and cost; ensure products meet quality and food safety standards; provide technical support to production during new product launches; train production teams on manufacturing processes; resolve technical product-related issues and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in food & beverage product development or R&D is preferred
- Laboratory and pilot production experience beneficial
- Knowledge of quality and food safety standards
