Job Summary
Identify, recruit, and engage subject matter experts for market research projects including surveys, focus groups, and consultations. Understand client project requirements, screen participants using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and submit shortlisted profiles for approval. Manage expert communications, coordinate project timelines, and guide participants through onboarding and payment queries. Maintain accurate records of experts and project status while ensuring compliance with information security policies. Work onsite in Taguig City, Philippines, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH time. This role supports IDR's network of 500,000+ industry leaders by connecting firms with vetted experts for high-impact decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field
- 0 to 1 year of experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent people engagement abilities
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing expectations
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with expert network industry or market research recruitment
