Job Summary
Research Analyst on Kaiko’s Growth team will monitor and analyze crypto markets using Kaiko’s proprietary data, transforming complex information into clear, data-driven insights for institutional audiences. Responsibilities include contributing to weekly newsletters, research reports, and client-focused content; creating original analysis, charts, and commentary; producing long-form research reports; collaborating with marketing and sales to promote research; and producing bespoke content for sales enablement, lead generation, and media outreach. Must have strong writing and communication skills, experience with data visualization (Tableau) and no-code data tools, and familiarity with DeFi/crypto topics and capital markets. Location is Kaiko Paris office; remote-friendly environment with an entrepreneurial culture and opportunities for cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work
- Capacity to propose creative, original research ideas for an institutional audience
- Ability to work with datasets and create charts using tools such as Tableau
- While coding experience is not required, comfort with no-code data tools is essential
- Familiarity with complex DeFi or broader crypto topics
- Deep understanding of capital markets functioning
