Job Summary
Research Analysts support Nursing Catalyst by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and developing deliverables (written reports, presentations, online content) for health-system and industry-member executives. Responsibilities include documenting findings from primary and secondary research, supporting qualitative data analysis, conducting interviews with executives, producing graphical and written analyses, creating qualitative surveys, entering and harmonizing health services and health policy data, developing insights to shape deliverables, generating graphs for analytic reports, and collaborating with Content Marketing, Account Management, and other research teams to deliver content and services to members; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams in a healthcare environment are required. Minimum qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a research setting, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and comfort with ambiguity and change.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a research setting, or graduate degree in healthcare administration, health policy, business, or related field
- Strong writing skills and experience writing reports
- Strong analytic skills, including the ability to think critically, creatively, and problem-solve
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
