Job Summary
Understand client project goals to deliver tailored expert solutions and manage research quotas and deadlines. Identify, recruit, and screen top professionals for interviews and consultations using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Negotiate consultation rates with experts to align with project budgets and timelines while coordinating communications and logistics between clients and participants. Maintain detailed records of experts and participants, including compliance and payment information, ensuring all databases remain up to date. Provide a professional experience for experts from onboarding through project completion while upholding compliance and information security policies. As a founding member of IDR Mexico, shape regional culture and operations with direct exposure to diverse industries and international collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Mexico (authorization to work required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
