Research Analyst - MBA Full Time

Job Summary
Conduct rigorous, in-depth analysis of key issues through industry research, review of public filings, and meetings with senior management while assuming coverage of one or more industries on a global basis. Collaborate with portfolio managers in research review meetings to arrive at consensus on final investment decisions for good businesses trading at depressed valuations. Continually monitor developments during the typical 3-5 year holding period and develop sector expertise organically over time. Must be on-site at the New York office four days per week with one day remote, utilizing an additional 15 days of discretionary remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience with a track record of excellence in your field
- A strong work ethic
- Skilled in using business data to form inferences and to make informed decisions
- The ability to work in a self-managed environment as part of a research team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to be on-site at our New York office
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree, CFA, CPA or equivalent
