Job Summary
Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent through personalized outreach and genuine engagement. Develop expertise in financial services roles and industries using market research to strengthen search strategies. Partner closely with recruiters to develop search strategies, share market insights, and support multiple searches. Ensure every interaction is professional, responsive, and personalized, making candidates feel valued throughout the process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and strong research and analytical abilities. The position is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with a Monday through Thursday in-office schedule from 9am to 6pm EST.
