Job Summary
Utilize primary and syndicated research tools to provide quantitative and qualitative data for prospective and current advertisers. Create insightful data-driven presentations for internal sales teams, agencies, and clients while fulfilling ad-hoc requests on audience metrics, consumer insights, and marketplace trends. Support strategy and execution of custom ad effectiveness projects across categories like auto, travel, and entertainment, including brand lift studies and attribution measurement to optimize campaign performance. Partner with marketing and sales staff on analytics utilization. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in syndicated research, primary projects, and advertising effectiveness studies within a fast-paced audio industry leader.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience with media research and software programs, including Nielsen Audio, Scarborough, MRI-Simmons, ACT 1, Media Monitors, Media Radar, and comScore
- Knowledge in custom study process including project methodology, questionnaire development, sample collection, and data analysis
- Prior exposure to vendors such as DISQO, Dynata, and Nielsen
- Strong combination of analytical aptitude and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate our 'story' across assets, platforms, and audiences
- Strong versatility and ability to handle multiple types of assignments
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with ambiguity, changing priorities, and a continual sense of urgency
- A passion for research and interest in developing research career

- This position is hybrid requiring 2-3 times per week in an office location
- While New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles are preferred locations, we will consider other cities where iHeartMedia has offices/operations
