Research Analyst

Equity research analyst will work closely with Fidelity's portfolio managers to analyze assigned stocks within a sub-sector, generate and validate investment ideas, perform industry and financial analysis, build proprietary financial models, maintain coverage of sector stocks, interact with company management, and communicate updates and investment recommendations to the equity team. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, intellectual curiosity about companies and markets, and the ability to develop and clearly articulate investment theses supported by a rigorous research process. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a post-graduate degree or CFA is preferred. The base salary range is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, with additional compensation opportunities and comprehensive benefits; immigration sponsorship is not provided for this position.
