Job Summary
Analyze data and interpret research findings for diverse projects, identifying appropriate sources and verifying accuracy across reports, including required state and federal submissions. Prepare tabular and written reports, deliver oral presentations, and complete surveys, accreditation documents, and grant proposals. Provide feedback to refine conclusions into actionable findings while adhering to university policies and safeguarding assets. Utilize data collection tools like Qualtrics and REDCap, with working knowledge of Python or R and data management best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R)
- Skill is developing data collection systems in REDCap
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with data collection tools (Qualtrics, REDCap), including survey and project design
- Understanding of data management best practices (data dictionaries, codebooks, version control)
- Experience working on clinical trials or large-scale research projects
