Job Summary
The Research & AI Operations Associate supports a senior operator across a portfolio of businesses and strategic initiatives, focusing on high-quality research, structured analysis, and AI-driven workflows. Responsibilities include conducting deep industry/company/market/technology research, synthesizing large information sets into decision-ready insights, building simple models and scenario analyses, designing and maintaining AI agents to automate recurring workflows, identifying opportunities for automation across operations and investments, integrating tools (APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, LLM tools), and providing execution support and information management to accelerate decision-making across projects. The role requires in-office presence in Miami, FL, with travel as needed, and targets early-career professionals (0–3 years) or exceptional recent graduates who demonstrate independent projects or research, strong interest in business, investing, and technology, and hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt design.
