Job Summary
Conduct RESEA orientations and eligibility assessments for unemployment claimants while reviewing work search activities and coordinating referrals to additional services. Document all services in state systems to support 10-week employment outcomes. Requires valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and strong technology proficiency for electronic case management within the Work In Texas system. Full-time on-site role with a Bachelor's degree and one year of workforce or UI experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- One year workforce or UI-related experience
- Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage
- Successful completion of a basic IT skills assessment is required
