Job Summary
Greet, welcome, and engage every guest entering the restaurant while presenting menus, answering food and beverage questions, and suggesting items. Take orders, ring them into the POS system accurately, and communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct delivery and special requests are accommodated. Serve food, clear and reset tables, maintain the wait station, and sweep floors while monitoring alcohol intake and guest satisfaction. Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures, handle cash and card transactions, and balance registers. Work 32.5 hours weekly at one location in Oklahoma City, with pay of $7.00 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of food and beverage experience in a guest focused environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Safety training and any required food and alcohol handling certificates
- Familiarity with hospitality industry
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to go up and down stairs often during shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds intermittently during the work shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop kneel
