Job Summary
General labor including pick-up and delivery of furniture and other donated items for Hospice of Havasu’s donation-based Resale Store; maintain positive relationships with donors, volunteers and customers; provide excellent customer service; load, transport, and deliver furniture; ensure safe handling and movement of goods; keep the store environment organized and presentable; operate a Hospice-delivery vehicle safely and report unsafe conditions; ability to drive and meet delivery schedules; participate in inventory control and donations processing; adhere to safety policies and maintain professional conduct in interactions with customers and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Valid driver’s license with two or fewer minor moving violations in past 3 years and no major violations
- Ability to operate a motorized vehicle
- English language fluency
- Ability to lift/move furniture and operate equipment safely
- Customer service skills
- Safety and OSHA policy knowledge
