Job Summary
Resale Consultant responsible for managing resale of residential and commercial properties in Dubai’s secondary market. Handle resale listings (Residential, plots, villas & townhouses), source and secure new listings, conduct property valuations and market analysis, develop pricing strategies, build relationships with buyers/sellers/investors/landlords, arrange/view properties, negotiate and close deals, stay updated on Dubai market trends and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with the sales team to hit monthly targets. Requires 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate, RERA certification (or willingness to obtain), a valid UAE driving license, CRM proficiency, and English fluency (additional languages a plus).

- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Languages: English mandatory; additional languages desirable (Arabic, Turkish, Russian, etc.)
