Job Summary
Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene including toileting, and administer medications per medical orders. Facilitate fun activities and provide choices for clients to ensure entertainment and community outings. Engage with clients to plan activities while managing phone answering, meeting, and greeting interactions with families. Complete mandatory training at the corporate office and maintain a clean driving record for reliable transportation. Work awake shifts from Friday 7a-3p and Saturday/Sunday 3p-11p, supporting people living with disabilities 365 days a year.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED)
- Valid Drivers' license
- Clean Driving Record
- Successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
- A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation
- Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:15 PM availability for mandatory training
