Structure unclear requirements and identify underlying business problems for client areas, bridging customer needs with existing federal platforms, cantonal systems, and technical implementation. Focus on digital administrative processes, e-portals, Fachanbindungen, EasyGov integrations, document handling, REST interfaces, and BPM platforms like Flowable to prepare technology-independent requirements into actionable project solutions. Start mid-to-end August with a 20–40% workload, potentially expanding based on project development and client needs. Based in Basel-Stadt with remote options, requiring on-site presence initially to build client trust. Requires MTEC or related degree with strong German communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Studium in MTEC, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Business Administration, Wirtschaftsingenieur o.Ä.
- Interesse oder erste Erfahrung in Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering oder Anforderungsmanagement
- Fähigkeit, unklare Ausgangslagen zu strukturieren und Business-Probleme hinter Anforderungen zu erkennen
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an IST-Prozessaufnahmen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gutes Hochdeutsch erforderlich
- Arbeitsort: Basel-Stadt und remote. Vor-Ort-Präsenz ist insbesondere zu Beginn für den Aufbau von Kundenvertrauen notwendig
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit HERMES von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, sich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Verständnis für Stakeholderanalyse und Change Management von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in BPMN-Notation als Plus
- Grundverständnis von digitalen Verwaltungsprozessen, REST-Schnittstellen, Formularprozessen oder Dokumentenhandling von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse von Flowable oder BPM-Plattformen von Vorteil
- Schweizerdeutsch ist ein Plus
