Job Summary
Requirements Engineer bridging business needs with technical solutions for the Client Lifecycle Germany project in Private Bank clients. Translate regulatory policy changes into clear business requirements and functional specifications for solution design and delivery. Own end-to-end delivery by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, supporting SIT/UAT and pre-go-live change activities, and coordinating production issue resolution. Collaborate with project management, software engineering, and vendors to align business divisions with solution providers; document requirements, processes, and controls in Confluence and Jira. Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured requirements and solutions
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role)
- Maturity to work autonomously and take initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior management in international environments
- Ownership mindset with a strong delivery focus; able to work under pressure and drive topics end-to-end into production
- Solid working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Strong practical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
