Job Summary
Bridge requirements engineering and hands-on software development for the SLIDEVIEW VS200 in life-science diagnostics. You will elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate domain requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog together with the Product Owner. Act as the interface between scientists, application specialists, and software developers, and independently implement product functionality within the Scrum team from requirement to finished feature. Collaborate closely with the development team throughout implementation and participate in Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Create and maintain technical documentation and interface specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in natural science, computer science, or a related field
- Experience in requirements engineering or a comparable bridging role between domain and software development
- IREB CPRE certification is desirable
- Programming skills in C++, C#, or Rust
- Familiarity with agile methods, ideally Scrum
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex topics into precise software requirements
- Very good English and good German language skills
