Job Summary
Steer and govern the application landscape by analyzing data to create a clear view on spend, value, and optimization opportunities. Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities while ensuring financial discipline across the portfolio. Act as the central point of coordination to ensure alignment between stakeholders and contribute to the smooth execution of key priorities. Assist in structuring and driving RtB and CtB initiatives derived from strategic IT topics. This role requires strong communication skills for senior-level reporting and cross-cultural stakeholder management within Julius Baer's wealth management group.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with creating senior-level communication materials (reports and slide decks)
- Experience in structuring and drive RtB and CtB initiatives derived from strategic or prioritised IT topics
- Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good presentation and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
- A solid understanding of IT environments, application management, and governance processes is essential
- Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
- Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
- Fluent in English
