Job Summary

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for IT programs and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs, develop documents like BRDs and FRDs, and maintain traceability matrices. Facilitate review sessions, support Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and assist in testing activities such as UAT. Analyze workflows to identify improvements, manage change requests, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Maintain project documentation and support implementation and post-deployment activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and U.S. citizenship for clearance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting IT programs, systems, or technology projects
  • Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and managing business and system requirements
  • Familiarity with requirements management methodologies, business process analysis, and workflow documentation
  • Experience developing requirements artifacts such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and traceability matrices
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • U.S. Citizen and ability to get the clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) programs
  • Familiarity with requirements and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow, or SharePoint
  • Experience supporting system implementation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools
