Job Summary
Requirements Analyst to shape Army digital solutions through disciplined requirements management. You’ll partner with architects, developers, testers, and mission stakeholders to uncover nuanced user needs, translate them into actionable user stories, and ensure capabilities delivered align with operational value. You’ll drive traceability, maintain clear specifications, and support modernization, readiness, and enterprise transformation efforts in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Requires 5+ years of experience, the ability to elicit and document business requirements for technical teams, and a Secret clearance. Location-specific roles at Arlington, VA and Alexandria, VA; on-site with potential remote/hybrid configurations per project needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management
- Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
- Experience with requirements development in the preparation of documentation initiating, developing, pricing, availability analysis, and case writing
- Experience using task management software such as Jira
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Secret clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree
