Job Summary
Senior Engineering and Technical Advisor (SETA) for Logistics PMO Services at USCYBERCOM provides expert logistics consultation to senior leadership, focusing on logistics operations, storage, transportation, and supply chain strategy. Responsibilities include strategic planning, inventory management, route planning, fielding and integration of Joint Cyber Hunt Kits (JCHK), PMO product fielding operations, performance analysis, and sustainment planning. Requires experience leveraging PMO product fielding to coordinate fielding across services; develop logistics strategies aligned with mission objectives; manage lifecycle and sustainment for fielded systems; provide contracting officer representative support and property management coordination. Pushes for cost efficiency, operational readiness, and timely delivery of critical cyber capabilities; demands strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills and a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain risk management, or a related field is often required.
- At least 12+ years of experience in integrated logistics support or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex PMO operations, including fielding and sustainment of technology systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with systems like Defense Logistics Agency systems, Accountable Property Systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is beneficial.
- TS SCI w/ Poly Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
