Requirement Engineer (60%)

AVOR Requirement Engineer at Ivy Partners will gather, analyze, and structure application requirements from business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical specifications. Responsibilities include pre-packaging assessments (AVOR) with installation logic, dependencies, configuration requirements, compatibility checks, and risk analysis; creating and maintaining technical documentation (runbooks, SOPs, installation guides, specifications, Confluence knowledge bases); coordinating deployment, testing, user acceptance, and validation activities; acting as the interface between business units and IT teams to facilitate communication and manage escalations; driving continuous improvement and standardization of software packaging processes, guidelines, and QA practices. Required skills include AVOR/requirements engineering, strong PowerShell and PSADT knowledge, MSI/MST packaging and tools (AdminStudio, RayPack), Intune and MECM deployment, Confluence documentation, and German language proficiency (C1).
