Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations, management, and facilities of the residential school campus in Lonavala, including academic blocks, hostels, dining hall, sports complex, grounds, gardens, swimming pool, staff quarters, and vacant land. Manage regular liaison with the Gram Panchayat and local authorities to ensure harmonious existence. Salary ranges from 6 to 12 lakh per annum, commensurate with experience, with food and family accommodation provided. Candidates must be willing to live on campus and possess essential knowledge of Marathi or Hindi. The role requires proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational or residential campus setting, with defense services experience being a significant advantage. We are specifically seeking an ex-service man, especially from the Army, to serve as Estate Manager.
