Job Summary
Manage and update websites, assist with social media content creation and scheduling, and handle graphic design and video editing using tools like Photoshop. Provide basic IT support and helpdesk assistance, maintain digital asset libraries and backups, and support live events and digital campaigns. Additionally, assist with data entry, research, and reporting. This role is open to interns in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or Media & Communication fields located in Harare.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Media & Communication, or a closely related discipline
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) and video editing software
- Demonstrated ability to manage website content and social media calendars
- Strong foundational knowledge of IT support procedures and helpdesk operations
- Excellent organizational skills for managing digital assets and data accuracy
- Experience supporting live events and coordinating digital campaign logistics
