Job Summary
Assist in supervising daily production activities and ensuring targets are achieved for PP woven bag manufacturing. Monitor printing operations for correct colours, designs, and registration while operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting production machinery. Conduct routine quality checks, maintain accurate records, and ensure areas remain clean, organised, and safe. Report mechanical and electrical faults to the Production Supervisor or Maintenance team and support investigations into production problems. Assist with production planning, work allocation, employee training, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and uphold health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 2–3 years' relevant experience in PP woven bag manufacturing
- Practical experience in PP woven bag printing is essential
- Hands-on experience in general machine maintenance, troubleshooting and fault identification
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control and workplace health and safety
