Design and implement comprehensive hiring strategies tailored for rapid scaling and high-velocity environments. Lead and mentor recruitment teams to achieve aggressive talent acquisition goals while cultivating deep, collaborative relationships with C-level executives. Personally engage in the end-to-end recruitment process to secure mission-critical candidates and close complex roles, driving the acquisition of top-tier leadership talent to support organizational expansion. This position requires 10–15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including building hiring functions in high-growth or startup environments, strong leadership hiring experience, and the ability to partner closely with CXOs.
