Job Summary
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design tailored technical solutions addressing specific client challenges. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase value to potential and existing customers. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications and architecture designs. Provide expert guidance on system integration, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures and implementation guides. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify product enhancement opportunities based on market feedback. Support the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle by offering technical expertise during contract negotiations and deployment phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a solutions engineering, technical sales, or software development role within the technology industry
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages, cloud platforms, and database management systems
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical architectures and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on consultative selling and solution design
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
