Job Summary
Design, deploy, and maintain effective SHEQ management systems across all project phases. Perform systematic risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with national regulatory requirements and international ISO certifications. Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Requires a degree in Environmental Science, OSHEMAC certificate, and first aid/firefighting certification, with 2 to 5 years of SHEQ experience in construction sites.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science or related field
- Certificate in OSHEMAC
- Valid first aid and firefighting certificate
- 2 to 5 years of SHEQ experience in construction sites
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital incident-reporting tools
