Job Summary
Develop and execute sales plans across assigned accounts to achieve revenue and commercial targets. Manage relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying new business opportunities with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to prioritize activity and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities from initial engagement through conversion. Negotiate commercial agreements and balance customer requirements with Etihad's objectives while keeping clients informed of relevant products and promotions. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within Etihad's CRM to support effective account management. Requires at least three years of sales experience, a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets, and strong negotiation skills. A bachelor's degree is required, with airline sales experience strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development
- A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales, revenue, or commercial targets
- Strong account management and business development capability, with the ability to identify, develop, and convert new opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to become a trusted commercial partner to your customers
- Commercial and analytical capability, with the confidence to use data and market insights to make effective sales decisions
- The ability to work effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, energetic, and resilient approach, with the motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
