Require a Programme Officer in Harare, Zimbabwe

Lead and coordinate implementation of programme activities and projects, monitoring performance, budgets, workplans, and deliverables. Ensure compliance, consolidate, and submit quality narrative and progress reports to stakeholders. Produce knowledge products regularly and facilitate documentation of lessons learned, success stories, and best practices. Represent the organization at relevant meetings and coordination forums, while supporting management for high-level stakeholder engagements with Government and other partners. Support fundraising and resource mobilization for the Programme Pillar and lead the development of the Pillar. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Peacebuilding or related fields with at least three years of senior programme Officer experience. Full-time position in Harare with competitive salary and benefits.
