Require a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR in Harare,Zimbabwe

Mark the daily register, check machines for faults, and coordinate operations to ensure the daily plan is delivered. Control and arrange high-quality materials and components, oversee the production flow, and conduct stock takes. Work with supervisors and engineers to maintain smooth processes, submit reports to superiors, and ensure adherence to quality standards and critical path deadlines. This role reports to the Executive Director, requiring a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in shoe manufacturing within the Leather/Canvas industry.
