Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and design tailored optimization strategies aligned with technological infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new methodology adoption, develop detailed documentation including process maps and standard operating procedures, and lead workshops to educate stakeholders on best practices. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate solution effectiveness and provide expert guidance on change management for smooth transitions. Requires 2 to 5 years of experience in process consulting within the Technology sector, proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in process consulting, business analysis, or operations management within the Technology sector
- expertise in process modeling, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering
