Job Summary
Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies to expand market share and revenue streams. Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with C-suite executives across consumer electronics, automotive, telecommunications, and digital entertainment industries. Negotiate and finalize complex commercial contracts and strategic partnership agreements to maximize mutual value. Drive cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organizational structure to deliver on key business goals. Serve as a primary subject matter expert on the Indian streaming market, advising on trends related to AVOD, SVOD, and connected technologies. Articulate complex technical, commercial, and contractual concepts to stakeholders with clarity and precision. Leverage strong analytical capabilities to assess market opportunities and mitigate risks associated with new ventures. Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Automotive, OEMs, Telecom, E-commerce/Retail, Apps, Advertising, Gaming, or Technology industries
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and commercial agreements
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of India's streaming ecosystem, including AVOD, SVOD, Telcos, and Connected Devices
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate contractual, commercial, technical, and business matters
