Job Summary
Ensure accurate and timely deliverables of transactional and analytics financial packages and reporting while assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes. Perform research and analysis as required, updating the Financial system with the latest data and driving automation of finance processes via AI. Work closely with global region teams to review activities, drive transition calls, and process documentation for all tasks. Engage in ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations. Present financial information to non-financial audiences and support process reviews. Requires a Bachelor's in commerce/economics or MBA in finance, 2 to 4 years of FP&A experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/Oracle. Flexible for late evening or early morning calls for global reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in commerce / economics and/or, MBA in finance from reputed B school or Qualified CA/CMA
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance FP&A
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to review process and support team
- Flexible for Late Evening/Early Morning calls for reviews and transition calls on regular basis with global teams
