Job Summary
Manage and update websites while assisting in social media content creation and scheduling. Execute graphic design tasks using Photoshop and video editing, maintain digital asset libraries, and provide basic IT support and helpdesk assistance. Support live events, coordinate digital campaign logistics, and handle data entry, research, and reporting. This Digital Media Intern role is based in Harare and is open to candidates with backgrounds in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Media & Communication, or a closely related discipline
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) and video editing software
- Demonstrated ability to manage website content and social media calendars
- Strong foundational knowledge of IT support procedures and helpdesk operations
- Excellent organizational skills for managing digital assets and data accuracy
- Experience supporting live events and coordinating digital campaign logistics
