Job Summary
Coordinate the deployment and redeployment of security personnel to client sites while supervising guards to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Conduct regular site visits, patrols, and spot checks to assess performance, attendance, and service delivery. Investigate incidents, complaints, and disciplinary matters, ensuring all deployed staff are properly equipped with uniforms and operational resources. Maintain accurate records of deployments, staff movements, and site inspections while liaising with clients to address operational concerns. Prepare operational reports for management and assist in training newly recruited guards. Work under pressure to manage multiple deployments and support business growth through excellent client service and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in security operations, guard supervision, deployment management, or a related field
- Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deployments effectively
- Good report writing and administrative skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Class 4 Driver's Licence will be an added advantage
