Job Summary
Lead system technical customization and alignment for GBVIMS development, executing standard intake mapping, classification tool integration, and indicator bank programming. Coordinate information security through anonymization protocols and safety guardrails while establishing horizontal inter-agency pathways. Deliver capacity building via training, system rollout support, and comprehensive documentation. Produce an inception report with detailed work plans and architectural mapping by August 2026, followed by beta configuration of the digital intake and ID generator interface by September 2026. Integrate the indicator module and functional reporting backend to support data management. Apply survivor-centered approaches and "Do No Harm" principles within Zimbabwe's data policy frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Information/Computer Science, Statistics
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing data systems
- Strong Linux/DevOps skills and Ansible proficiency
- Expertise in GBV data management
- Demonstrated mastery of survivor-centered approaches and the 'Do No Harm' principle in digital contexts
- Proven experience navigating Zimbabwe data policy frameworks and multi-sectoral institutional environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Shona and/or Ndebele
