Job Summary
Develop and implement updated branding guidelines for ConnexUS, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and reusable digital assets. Strengthen brand consistency across the website and social media channels while creating written content that showcases the site's identity. Conduct a discovery review of existing materials to assess strengths and opportunities, then present structured mockup recommendations for visual rebranding, navigation, and SEO. Lead a collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders to revise designs based on feedback. Optionally, improve website design, interface, and functionality by modernizing the user experience, implementing interactive features, and optimizing accessibility and search engine performance. Submit a proposal by August 21, 2026, detailing scope, approach, and budget for a consultancy starting September 1, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in developing brand identity, branding guidelines, etc. that can resonate with the non-profit sector and business communities
- Graphic design expertise
- Creativity and vision, including ability to translate jargon and technical concepts into engaging visuals
- Ability to work across and in response to diverse teams and practitioners from around the world
- A proven track record of web design, development and maintenance for multifaceted, complex web platforms, for a nonprofit (preferably)
- Innovative designs and approaches to web design and development
